Our Priorities

Practical solutions for a stronger Ward 12.

These priorities reflect what I hear from neighbours every day. Together, we can build a safer, more affordable, and more connected St. Paul’s.

PRIORITY 1

Safe Streets

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their neighbourhood. We will take smart, targeted action to reduce speeding, improve visibility, and build safer streets for all.

Expand traffic calming and speed reduction measures on our local streets.

Improve lighting, crosswalks, and pedestrian safety around schools and parks.

Increase community safety and outreach partnerships to prevent crime.

PRIORITY 2

Affordable Housing

St. Paul’s should be a place where everyone can put down roots. We will support smart growth and housing options that keep our community strong and inclusive.

Support more diverse housing options, including rentals and gentle density.

Incentivize affordable and below-market housing for local residents.

Protect our neighbourhoods while allowing responsible, people-focused development.

PRIORITY 3

Real Representation

You deserve a councillor who listens, takes action, and puts your voice first. I’ll be a responsive advocate who’s always on your corner.

Be visible and accessible in the community—not just during election season.

Listen first, act with integrity, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Champion the needs of Ward 12 at City Hall and hold decision-makers accountable.

Better Transit & Mobility

Reliable transit and safe, connected streets make our community more livable, accessible, and sustainable. We’ll invest in better options for getting around.

Advocate for more frequent and reliable transit service.

Improve transit stops and connections across St. Paul’s.

Build a safer, more connected network for cyclists and pedestrians.
